We do not publish automatic prices. A person reviews what you send and replies with a quote. That quote is confirmed only after we see the item in person.
Can I sell a phone that is still signed in to iCloud?
Not until the owner signs out and turns off Find My. We cannot accept devices with Activation Lock on, or devices reported lost or stolen.
Do you buy cracked or damaged devices?
Often, yes. Tell us exactly what is wrong. Damage changes the quote, and some devices are only worth parts value. We will say so plainly.
What about Dexcom G7 or Omnipod 5 supplies?
Supply inquiries are reviewed case by case and may not be accepted. We never ask about prescriptions, insurance or health information.
Do I have to sell after I ask for a quote?
No. A quote request is just a conversation. You can say no at any point.
