What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: item category, model, condition and related fields, your ZIP code, name, and the contact details you provide. We also record the time you gave consent to be contacted.
Why we collect it
Only to review your request and reply to it by the contact method you chose. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Medical supply inquiries
For Dexcom G7 or Omnipod 5 inquiries we ask only about the packaging, quantity and expiration. Please do not send prescriptions, insurance details, diagnoses or any health information.
Photos
We may ask for photos when we follow up. Photos are used only to review your item and are not published.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored privately and can be viewed only by Port City Buyback staff signed in to our internal tools.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your request at any time by replying to any message from us.
